Resiliency Workshop Overview
In this 1-day workshop you will learn the 3 A’s of Resiliency: Awareness, Acknowledge and Action. You will be provided with real life tools and techniques to create the life you love. You will discover the importance of mindset and how goal setting can help with organization, time management, and integrity. Goal setting also assists in building communication skills, self-awareness, confidence and resilience. Having goals in all areas of life (fitness, finance, family, field, faith, friends and fun) allows you to live a more conscious life on a daily basis.
You will complete a self-evaluation of where you are today, discover accelerators like gratitude, love and passion to overcome the top 7 blockers that stop you from achieving your goals, and you will set goals for the next 12 months.
