Who We Are

After growing up in Saskatchewan, Colette obtained a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Criminal Justice in Edmonton, where she currently resides with her husband Gary, their son Aiden, and puppy Oola. Colette is a Certified Oola Life Coach, Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist ® and Licensed Agent in the Financial Services Industry. She has lived with a chronic illness since she was 15 and with that came many challenges and losses in her life, which led her on a journey of self-discovery. She is heart-centred and passionate about helping you truly live a life with minimal stress and more balance, all while pursuing your purpose.

Gary is originally from Newfoundland and spent his early childhood in Alberta before moving to Saskatchewan, where he lived until 1998. At that time, he found himself back on Alberta soil and he has been a police officer serving the community for 24 years. He is a Licensed Agent in the Financial Services Industry and is a Certified Oola Life Coach. Gary is also an Author of his Memoir, A Call For Service: Overcoming Adversity Through Resilience and International Best-Selling Co-Author in the Book, bLU Talks, Business, Life and Universe As a police officer, he has seen many trying things and been involved in very difficult situations, including navigating the ups and downs of an officer-involved shooting. This incident was the breaking point of years of cumulative stress and trauma. Gary is down to earth, genuine, and a dedicated and caring leader.

Together, Colette & Gary founded the Front-Line Resiliency Project. Through the years, they have come to realize the importance of having a strong foundation, a resilient mind, a positive support system of people around you, and a balance that reduces daily stress. Now they are on a mission to make a difference in the lives of others.

In a short period, I noticed real tangible results. I began to see the light at the end of the tunnel and hope returned.

I was at a cross-road in my life.  I was lost and had no direction. My life had no structure or purpose. I struggled each day going into work with no joy or direction.  Sometimes the pupil finds the teacher.

I attended one of the Workshops where I learned about a process called Oola. It seemed simple to follow and provided me with a direction. The best thing about it was the process. I am very linear and the process you follow allows you to get back on track. It is an easy step by step structured blueprint to achieve success.  There was realistic goal setting principals to keep me motivated and a way to accomplish those goals.

I immediately put the process. In a short period of time, I noticed real tangible results. I began to see the light at the end of the tunnel and hope returned. I can tell you that this is a process that takes time and dedication. I have deviated from time to time but found myself back on track by returning to process. That is the beauty of Oola, you can get back into the process if you stray. I can say this has been a life-changing experience for me and something that I will continue for the rest of my days. I am very grateful to Gary and Colette for bringing Oola into my life.
